Dealer Academy: 4–6 week training program. No prior experience. Primarily focused on Blackjack. Flexible day and evening sessions, Includes hands-on learning with weekly performance evaluations.
Mentorship Program: Each trainee is paired with a skilled, experienced dealer for coaching, guidance, and weekly check-ins. Mentors receive $250–$500 per successful graduate, helping improve training outcomes and reduce turnover.
Graduation Experience: A formal graduation event featuring dinner, certificates, and recognition alongside mentors and leadership.
